Carrier Information
We cooperate with reliable carriers such as DHL and DPD to provide delivery services across Germany and selected European countries.
The available carrier may vary depending on the destination country, package weight, package size, and local delivery restrictions.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to Germany and selected European countries.
Some remote areas, island addresses, military addresses, P.O. boxes, or restricted postal codes may not be supported. If your order cannot be delivered to the address provided, we may contact you to confirm an alternative address, additional shipping charges, or order cancellation.
For oversized, overweight, high-risk, or special-handling items, shipping fees may require manual confirmation.
Processing Time
Standard orders are usually processed within 48 hours after placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During peak seasons, promotional periods, or holidays, processing time may be extended.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled through the website.

We offer free standard shipping within Germany for eligible parcels up to 31.5 kg.
Oversized, overweight, special-handling items, or restricted addresses may require additional confirmation.
International Shipping Rates
For countries outside Germany, shipping fees are charged based on shipping zones and package weight.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For non-EU countries or special customs regions, customs duties, import VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, or other customs-related charges may apply.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated at checkout. The recipient is responsible for any applicable customs charges.
Customs clearance may also cause delivery delays.
Large or Oversized Items
Some large, heavy, or oversized products may not be eligible for standard shipping rates.
If an order requires truck delivery, special handling, or manual freight quotation, we will contact you after the order is placed to confirm the final shipping cost.
Signature may be required upon delivery.
Split Shipments
To speed up delivery, orders may be shipped in multiple packages from different warehouses.
If you receive only part of your order, the remaining items may still be in transit. Please check your shipment notification emails for separate tracking numbers.
Order Tracking
After your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment notification email with your tracking number.
If you have not received a shipment notification within 5 business days after placing your order, please contact our customer service team.
If tracking shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
Package Issues: Damage or Missing Items
If the outer packaging is damaged upon delivery, please take photos or videos of the package and contact our customer service team within 3 business days of the displayed delivery date.
If any items are missing from your package, please provide photos of the parcel exterior, all items received, and your order number within 3 business days of the displayed delivery date.
